It happens to the best of us. When you feel a headache coming on, it's natural to reach for the closest bottle of pain reliever. But what do you do in the in between time, until you get that relief, or if you don’t want to take something? There are a ton of yoga poses that can help to relieve some of the tension and get you on the road to feeling better, I’ve listed some of my favorites, below.
